As the effects of the pandemic devastated the live event space in 2020, many nonprofits were faced with the daunting challenge of continuing crucial fundraising efforts and remaining engaged with their donors. As the hosts and beneficiaries of the largest gala in central Florida, the AdventHealth Foundation enlisted the help of Streamline Event Agency to plan and execute a COVID-safe event that could help replace both the lost revenue and interaction that their annual Golden Gala event normally provides.

After discussing several concepts designed by our team, AdventHealth ultimately chose to move forward with a holiday-themed drive-in style concert headlined by Christmas power-couple Amy Grant & Vince Gill. Guests enjoyed the evening with their families from the safety of their own vehicles, and were treated to beautiful meal boxes, custom snack packs, and goodie bags featuring a keepsake ornament and other important materials from AdventHealth and sponsors of the event. Our world-class production offered both a feast for the eyes through the use of massive staging and LED wall monitors throughout the parking lot, and for the ears by bringing the highest quality audio right into the speakers of each individual car by tuning their radios to our dedicated station for the evening.

Not only did the event draw a huge crowd and raise much needed funds, but it also provided a night of holiday cheer in a year where it was harder to find than most.
